Dr. Peeyush Jain is head of Non-Invasive Cardiology Department of Preventive and Rehabilitative Cardiology, Fortis-Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, Okhla Road, New Delhi.

His Education was MBBS Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (1978), MD (Medicine) Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (1983) and DM (Cardiology) GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi (1987).

His Areas of Interest are. Lipid Management, Cardiovascular Nutrition,. Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.

Dr. Peeyush Jain Academic Achievements: Guest faculty at National and International Conferences in India and abroad. CSI Annual Conferences: several times as guest speaker. He was Editor in Chief, The Heart of the Matter, Bimonthly Journal of Heart and Diabetes Care between 1996 and 2006.

Dr. Peeyush Jain is author of 16 books on medicine and health in English and Hindi. Some books have also been translated in regional languages as well as Indonesian Bhasa.

He was Former Peer reviewer of Indian Heart Journal during editorship of Dr. Suman Bhandari (2007-2012) and Member, Editorial Board of Cardiology Today (from beginning to current).

He is Currently Member of Ethics Committee and Governing Council, Lady Irwin College, Delhi University, Delhi.
